Allstate Group's origins can be traced back to the creation of Gorakhram Haribux Pvt. Ltd. in 1958, the first company to introduce Automobile Air-Conditioners in India.
Since then, Allstate has diversified into conversion of photographic color paper and graphic art film, document imaging, real estate, media, investment banking, manufacturing, engineering and services.
The head office is located at Nariman Point, Mumbai. Manufacturing plants are located at Silvassa and Pune, with branches and representatives in most major Indian cities.
